I got iftop in my kubuntu 9.04 edition laptop, and is great. I manage about 160 computers on the network. And it let me identify computers with problems that were consuming the bandwidth. So, this is really a super cool tool to get the Job done when you are working with big networks.

I swear, it still amazes me how Carter and Craig manage to keep that show as inventive as it is. The 8 rules episode recently was amazing.

Try moving your existing ~/.mozilla out of the way and starting with a fresh profile.

If it works then maybe you need to dump cookies or search through your chrome directories for any old adblock crap, etc that wasn’t removed/disabled. Check your usercontent.js or whatever its named in your ~/.mozilla also.

I need to start thinking of these things myself, as they say it’s a good thing to know for job interviews. Then again, it’s just good to have a sense of direction.

Where I think I’ll be:
I’d like to have a job coding, not sure in what area yet, although I seem to gravitate towards web design and such, so I’ll prolly be there. (I’m currently learning PHP). I’m sure I’ll likly be in the North East still, as friends are there.

Where I’d like to be:
I’d like to get some bills paid off and then go back for Grad School. I’d like to do some game design some day. I’m also curious about trying my hand at AI a bit more in depth than previously. While I could use it for game design, I’m interesting in more real-world application, as in robots of a sort, or perhaps systems that routinly interact with the physical world. I dunno.

I’m sure there’s more, and I really need to think more on that, but there’s a start.

Looks good. and yes the more themes package is prity good and easy to install.
